"A huge thanks I owe to Jeanie Viall at State Farm for the help she lended..Round Rock area recently just had a pretty bad hailstorm, resulting in thousands of home and automobile claims mine being one of them. Now I have to point out my initial estimate was not handled through my actuall agent or her office, but needless to there were some mistakes made..I called my agents office and Jeanie Viall patiently listened as I rambled off my concerns..She went above and beyond to help me out with my problem.. She made some important changes to some incorrect info that had not been updated and set up a appointment for a new estimate..100% customer service and professionalism on Jeanie's part in stepping up to make sure I ended up with a accurate and correct estimate..This world needs more help like Jeanie..Thank you again for the help and reassurance Jeanie!!!!"

"I was on crunch time with closing on my current home. I think I would not have been able to close if not for the promptness and professionalism of Jeanie Viall in helping me get my home owners insurance on such short notice. I am forever grateful to her and I believe State Farm is lucky to have an employee like her! I am convinced I would not be moving into my new home right now if not for the manner with which she helped me and escalated getting me my quotes. She was very reachable, very willing to adjust numbers every moment I called her back, very professional and kind, empathetic, and honestly a great asset to the company. Mine was for a sailboat but will have my son insure his as well with State Farm. We have been with USAA for years but after speaking with Betty, it is time to make a change and have the personal customer support."
